Merlin is seeking a Medior Creative Front-end Developer to join our team, for 4-5 days in the Amsterdam area, in building immersive web experiences.

You will be working with a team of talented and open-minded creatives at our office located in Haarlem, NL.

The position requires a commitment of 4-5 days per week on location, though we hope to eventually offer remote opportunities for experienced mediors/seniors.

Our goal as a company is to become a leading digital studio in the web experience realm, constantly pushing for excellence while maintaining a playful and lighthearted attitude. Our monthly creative days allow for exploration and experimentation, further solidifying our commitment to personal growth and development.

You:

• Have extensive experience with React, TypeScript, GSAP or Framer Motion, CSS, and NextJS.

• May have experience with SvelteKit or another framework
  

• Have strong communication skills, a friendly personality, and the willingness to continuously learn and receive constructive feedback.
  

• Are someone who feels at home in our culture: open, relaxed, but ambitious, with a constant drive to learn.

• Are a team player with a flexible attitude who is willing to occasionally put in extra effort when projects require it.

• Know how to tackle issues, know what it means to deliver a performant and high-quality website, and can communicate about expectations to project managers and clients
